    In which country can I use this app?
    You can use our app in Japan, United States, Thailand, Taiwan and Singapore.
  • Q2.
    What should I do if I can't open the Join&Make web app with my Smartphone's social media app (Facebook, etc.)?
    We recommend Safari and Chrome browsers to use this web app.
    Some smartphone apps are initially set to launch an in-app browser when you tap a URL or external link displayed while using the app.
    Either change the in-app settings so that the link launches in an external browser (Safari or Chrome), or long-press the URL or external link and manually specify the external browser (Safari or Chrome) to open the site.
  • Q3.
    Can I continue listening to the music after the event has ended?
    You can listen to the music if you own the event ticket for the event.
    If you do not have an event ticket, you can listen to music even after the event is over by getting the event ticket.
    However, event tickets distribution may have ended. Please understand in that case.

    Where can I check my event tickets?
    You can check them on your "My page".
    After logging into the web app, select "Your ticket".

Join&Make Terms of Use

This “Join&Make Terms of Use” (“Terms of Use”) sets forth the matters that users (“Users”) of the web application named “Join&Make” (“Application”) provided by Fujitsu Limited (“Company”) shall comply with. Users shall use Application in accordance with the Terms of Use, and if Users use, download, or access Application, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Prerequisites)

Users may use Application, provided that Users agree in advance:

  • 1.
    to apply for the use of Application following the manner as specified by Company;
  • 2.
    to use Application via the Internet from Japan or the United States;
  • 3.
    to have the authority to agree to the Terms of Use and to use Application;
  • 4.
    to prepare and use, at Users’ own responsibility and expense, the environment necessary for using this Application or to be used in conjunction with this Application, including hardware, software, services, networks, etc. (“User Environment”); and
  • 5.
    to enter into contracts with third parties, which are necessary for the use of User Environment, and to comply with such contracts.
Article 2 (Use)
  • 1.
    Users may use Application in accordance with the Terms of Use and other methods as specified by Company.
  • 2.
    Users may use Application without paying any fees to Company; provided, however, that the costs associated with User Environment and other expenses for using Application shall be borne by Users.
  • 3.
    Company may change the Terms and Content of this Application at any time.
  • 4.
    Company may, at its discretion, limit the use of Application or terminate its operation without assuming any responsibility.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not conduct the following acts, the acts that may fall under such acts, or the acts deemed as such acts by Company, as Users use Application:

  • (1)
    infringement on the rights of Company or a third party;
  • (2)
    violation of the laws;
  • (3)
    interference with the provision or operation of Application by Company; or
  • (4)
    violation of public order and morals.
Article 4 (User Information)
  • 1.
    Company collects the information set out below, regarding Users and the use of the Application by Users (“User Information”). The cookies used by Application (including Google Analytics) are as set out in “About Cookies and Web Beacons” in Company's Privacy Policy (https://www.fujitsu.com/jp/about/resources/privacy/)

      Information entered by Users
    • (2)
      Information obtained from Web3Auth
    • (3)
      Information about the usage of Application
  • 2.
    Company shall use User Information for the following purposes:
    • (1)
      Operation of Application
    • (2)
      Development of Company’s products and services
    • (3)
      the correspondence related to the compliance with laws and regulations
  • 3.
    If Company outsources all or part of the business related to the purposes mentioned in Article 4, Section 2 to a third party, it may provide and allow the use of User Information to such third party within the necessary scope of such outsourcing.
  • 4.
    Users shall not enter information pertaining to personal information (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of the Personal Information, and the same definition will apply hereinafter) and privacy-related information into Application.
Article 5 (Listening to Music and Voting)
  • 1.
    Users may play the music provided in Application (including videos, “Content”) and participate in voting on Content, as specified within Application.
  • 2.
    Company will create and issue non-fungible tokens (“NFT”) itself or having a third party designated by the Company create and issue the NFT to prove that Users hold the rights mentioned in Article 5, Section 1 and will provide them to Users.
  • 3.
    All intellectual property rights related to Application, Content, and NFT shall belong to Company or a third party, and unless explicitly stated in the Terms of Use, such intellectual property rights will not be transferred, assigned, or licensed to User.
  • 4.
    In case of using Content and NFT, Users shall not engage in any of the following acts, the acts that may fall under such acts, or the acts deemed as such acts by Company:
    • (1)
      Using NFT beyond the scope permitted by the Terms of Use (especially, transferring, lending, or otherwise allowing a third party to use NFT);
    • (2)
      Using Content beyond the scope permitted by the Terms of Use (especially, downloading, copying, distributing, lending, publicly transmitting, performing, screening, adapting, etc.);
    • (3)
      Using NFT and Content for commercial purposes by Users or a third party;
    • (4)
      Creating and issuing NFTs or other tokens associated with NFT and/or Content;
    • (5)
      Using NFT or Content in a manner that damages the dignity or credit of Company;
    • (6)
      Infringing on intellectual property rights related to NFT and Content;
    • (7)
      Acquiring intellectual property rights related to NFT and Content; or
    • (8)
      Any other actions that Company reasonably deems inappropriate.
  • 5.
    If Users violate the Terms of Use, Company may immediately stop the use of NFT and Content.
Article 6 (Troubles)
  • 1.
    If Users detect inappropriate use of Application, Content, or NFT by themselves or a third party, they shall immediately notify the following contact of such detection, provided, however, that Company is not obligated to take any action based on such notification.

  • 2.
    Users shall resolve any and all troubles that arise between them and other Users or third parties in relation to Application at their own responsibility and expense, shall hold Company harmless from any and all claims by other Users and third parties, and shall not cause any inconvenience to Company.
Article 7 (Termination of Use)
  • 1.
    Users may terminate use of Application at any time.
  • 2.
    Company may terminate the operation or provision of Application (including Contents, and the same shall be applied in this Article) if a User violates the Terms of Use or if Company terminates the operation or provision of Application without any reason.
  • 3.
    In case that use of Application is terminated according to the previous two sections, Users shall delete Application from User Environment, and Company shall delete information about such Users to the extent possible. Users shall agree in advance that no previous information will be carried over when re-registering for use of Application.
Article 8 (Exclusion of Antisocial Powers)
  • 1.
    Users represent and warrant that they are not and will not be, belong to or participate in any of the following groups or individuals (“Antisocial Powers”), and does not and will not have a relationship with Antisocial Powers;
    • (1)
      groups and individuals described in the National Police Agency’s “Outline of Countermeasures Against Organized Crime” as a gang, a member of a gang, a quasi-member of a gang, a company affiliated to a gang, a corporate racketeer, an individual or a member of an entity engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of conducting social campaigns or political activities, or a criminal group in specialized intellectual crimes, or any other groups and individuals equivalent to or similar to any of the above; or
    • (2)
      groups and individuals closely connected with, or with close capital ties or close economic relationships with, the groups and individuals described in Article 8, Section 1, Subsection (1), including but not limited to, through offering funds or accommodations, and making use of such groups and individuals to obtain unjust enrichment.
  • 2.
    Users covenants with Company that they do not perform, and do not make use of a third party to perform, any of the following acts:
    • (1)
      the acts using fraud, violence, or threatening language or behavior;
    • (2)
      illegal acts or making illegal demands;
    • (3)
      disrupting business;
    • (4)
      discrediting any honor or credit, etc.; or
    • (5)
      any acts equivalent to or similar to any of the above.
Article 9 (Responsibility)
  • 1.
    Application and Contents shall be provided “as is” and Company shall make no warranties whatsoever regarding Application, Contents and the information provided through Application, or the maintenance and management of User Information.
  • 2.
    Company shall not be responsible for the loss of data.
  • 3.
    Company shall not be responsible for User Environment.
Article 10 (Transfer)
  • 1.
    Users may not license or transfer any rights and obligations related to Application to any third party without the consent of Company.
  • 2.
    Company may license or transfer any rights and obligations related to Application to a third party without the consent or notification of Users.
Article 11 (Severability)

If any part of the Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to laws or regulations, the remaining parts of the Terms of Use shall continue to be fully effective.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The Terms of Use and the use of Application shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of the first instance for all disputes related to the Terms of Use and Application.
